Well, these 2 friends and myself flew quickly down to Florida over the weekend!!! Zach and I are under contract to buy our first rental property down there! So the girls and I took a "good look" at it! I'm thankful for their help and support!
God has sure made a way with this property and I liked it in person more than I thought I would! If all works out, we close on July 13th!
We snuck in some pool time, food, the ocean, and ice cream, of course!
